After working in masonry construction for over 35 years, Joe Sr. was excited to fulfill a commitment to opening his own masonry business alongside his son Joe Jr.

Natives of Sacramento, they founded Top Line Masonry Inc. in 2007.

As a small, family-owned business, we are personally involved in building each project and building each relationship.
